SBO - Richmond City Council tour of Broad Creek Public Housing Community, Norfolk, VA

Members of Richmond City Council will attend a tour of and meet with local advocates responsible for transforming the Broad Creek Public Housing Community, located at 1420 Merrimac Avenue in Norfolk. Bus transportation, to and from the facility, will be provided and will depart at 8:00 a.m. from Creighton Court and return at 3:30 p.m.
