RICHMOND, Va. – At the recommendation of School Superintendent Dr. Dana T. Bedden, the Richmond City School Board approved three administrative appointments at its June 6th meeting.

Epps brings over 10 years of experience in talent management, recruitment, organizational development, succession planning and leadership coaching to her new post. She holds a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification and a master’s degree in public administration and post-baccalaureate certificate in human resources management from Virginia Commonwealth University. Her appointment will begin June 20.

Scott holds an education specialist advanced degree in educational leadership and administration from Old Dominion University and a master’s degree in education from Hofstra University. She brings over 26 years of teaching and administrative experience to her new position, with a specific focus in the K-8 environment. Her appointment will begin July 1.
